You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or infringing. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or billing.
Card generation consumes tokens. You may purchase token packs as offered. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase. Token balances are non-transferable. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
You retain ownership of the content you input and the card text generated for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated cards appropriately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may modify these terms with notice (e.g., by posting on the site). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
