By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or using WriteMyCardAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
The Service generates card draft content using AI based on your inputs. Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify functionality to improve reliability, safety, and product quality.
WriteMyCardAI uses a token model and does not require a recurring subscription for card generation. One generation uses one token. Generating an alternate version also uses one token. Tokens are purchased as one-time purchases. Token balances are non-transferable and have no cash value. Most purchased tokens do not expire; if any promotional tokens have expiration conditions, those terms will be disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or fraudulent activity. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, exploit the service, scrape data at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with platform availability.
You retain rights to content you submit and generated output, subject to rights needed to operate the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before use and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
The Service, including software, branding, and site content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by WriteMyCardAI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or use the Service in a harmful manner. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be error-free, complete, or fit for a specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteMyCardAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where WriteMyCardAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
